3. Credits and Payment
This platform uses a credit system. Users can obtain credits through purchase or redemption for image generation, video creation, AI chat, and other services. Credits are non-refundable once purchased and valid for 30 days after purchase. Credit consumption rules vary based on different features, resolutions, and models.
4. Content Guidelines
Users may not use this service (including image generation, video creation, and AI chat) to generate illegal, pornographic, violent, discriminatory, or rights-infringing content. Video creation does not support real human face generation. We reserve the right to delete violating content and ban accounts that violate these guidelines.
5. Intellectual Property
Users own the usage rights to images and videos generated through this platform. However, users must ensure that prompts, reference images, and reference videos do not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights. The platform is not responsible for intellectual property issues in user-generated content.
6. AI Chat Service
The AI chat feature is for reference only and does not constitute professional advice. AI-generated responses in conversations may contain inaccuracies, and users should independently verify important information. We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or applicability of AI chat content.
7. Service Changes
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the service at any time, including but not limited to adjusting available models, features, or pricing. For significant changes to the service, we will notify users in advance.

AI generation results are uncertain, and we do not guarantee that every image generation, video creation, or AI chat result will meet user expectations. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of this service.
